As our products are made/packed specially for each customer, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy once the order has been dispatched.

1. No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason after the product has been shipped. Please ensure that all details (name, address, product selection, etc.) are correct before placing your order.

2. No Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided once the order is dispatched. This includes orders that are:

• Accidentally ordered
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
• Not liked or changed mind
• Delayed due to courier/logistics issues

3. Order Cancellation Eligibility

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

your order will be exchanged and replacement will delivered with in 7 days.
